In addition to building a strong foundation in academic, social-emotional, and independent functioning skills, students will develop the background knowledge they need to attain job and daily living skills.
Exceptional Elementary Tutoring
This is where the learning begins. Students learn foundational skills such as how to write, identifying coins, how to read, and understanding the world around us.These skills are necessary because students use these skills to build their future learning on. For example, once students learn how to identify coins they must then learn how to add them and provide change. Learning is a building process and it starts with the foundation. In addition to building a strong foundation in academic, social-emotional, and independent functioning skills, Wholesome Learning helps students develop the background knowledge they need to acquire job and daily living skills in the future.
Exceptional Middle School Tutoring
Foundational skills are reviewed and built upon during the middle school years. Students begin taking the skills they have learned and applying them to their school work, community, and potential areas of interest for future employment. This is integrated into academic learning to ensure skills are retained and built upon.
